Hello beautiful people!!

Today is yet another day that God has blessed us all to see! This is another day that the Lord has made, let's all rejoice and be glad in it!

Today is another day that each of are closer to our goals! Strive and stay focused. You can do so much more than you think. :heart:

What is your goal for today and how do you plan to achieve it. Please share!

    My goal for today will be very achievable and simple. I have three- drink my 8 plus glasses of water, log in and COMPLETE my food diary, and no BLT (Bites, licks, and tastes) after 7 pm.

    My goal is to stick with the Fat Smash Diet Phase 1 (Natural Detox)

    I did this once before and lost 7lbs in 4 days. This phase last 9 days and you can lose 15 lbs within that 9 days.

    I am looking forward to the transformation!!

    It is also to stay positive and motivated!!!

    OK Diva, my three goals were not successful - but I was close!

    I only got in 6 cups of water, today I'll work for 8!

    I did complete my journal, but did not account for the BLT (6 crackers w/cheese).

    Which means, I did eat after 7PM :(

    So, I'm going to choose only one of the three above goals today and that would be my water. Having a short term, doable goal and achieving it will lead to wanting to achieve other goals and make them equally successful.

    Here's to a successful weekend with these three goals in mind :wink:
