crazy thought... cardio abs before pure cardio?

is this a crazy idea to do the cardio abs workout first and then pure cardio because i'm so exhausted anyway... wonder if doing a 14 minute workout will motivate me to do the longer one because i'll have more energy... thoughts?

    No, do it after. You will get a better workout doing the Pure Cardio 1st. The first 6 minutes of Cardio Abs you do some jumps & stuff but the rest is on the floor. It will be like your resting, lol.

    Yeah I agreee do pure cardio first. You want to be at your best to get through that one. And cardio abs wasn't so bad after after the first section it's all on the floor so not so bad!

    ok, my main fear is just that i'll be so exhausted after pure cardio that i won't want to do anything else.

    ha ha well if you tell yourself you can do it you will do it! Take a 10 min break or something if you have to but I know you can do it!

    The beauty of it is they put both workouts on the same disc. Just hit play, the couple of times I didn't it was hard to get started again. Being able to do it imediately sure helps me.

    ok you all i decided to reverse the order and i'm glad i did. cardio abs felt like a warm up and even though i was still just as tired if not more at the end of pure cardio, i know that had i done pure cardio first i would not feel like hitting play on a second workout. so i think i'll keep reversing them.
