Anyone Up For A Challenge?

How about we get the ball rolling? The past four days I have been doing a 14 day workout plan. So far I've lost 3 lbs!! It doesnt take to long to get in the strength workouts and for cardio you do half hour of power walking in two different routines. I'm finding it easier to stick to because it is all nicely outlined and explained and frankly, isnt too hard because you alternate your strength workouts every day. Core one day, arms legs and bum the next! Here's the link:

That looks very doable, plus I've been looking for something that includes walking and strength training. I'm down!!!0

Love Chris Freytage, I used to do her workouts on On Demand, now they have these weird workouts on there which I hate doing, I love this technique she uses. They have to work just look at how toned she is. I'm in!0
