Hey all,
Glad to see a tri-state group for chicks on here!
I'm Kristen, actively involved in getting healthy, getting trim, getting fast, getting strong. I do Crossfit 5-6 days a week, I teach bootcamp once a week at a local fitness studio, and I teach CKO kickboxing a few days a week as well. Always looking for active people to do activities with! This Saturday I'm doing Rebel Race in NJ, the Lincoln Tunnel 5k on 4/2 and Tough Mudder 5/12 in PA.

Hi Kristen
Staten Island here and new to the group as well - i love doing kickboxing classes! I run about 25 - 35 miles a week and i am looking forward to signing up to some races and other fun activities
