Hey, some of you asked about my carpentry, I was working on my first commission and heres the pics;
I was asked to make this as a wedding present that the bride saw and wanted but couldn't buy anywhere;



So my wife volunteered me as it was for someone on her forum, had a look n thought maybe we could do it. So we sourced some different wood that looked individual;



Cleaned it up and cut the signs out referring to the picture;









Then my handy assistant did the wording before we sealed and varnished them right up until bedtime, loooooong night







Then rather nervously went out yesterday to the bride and grooms' house to put it together and finish it off;




They were really happy with the result even though i had to put it together in the rain, i really enjoyed putting it together, together and was rewarded with a 10 year old single malt which I hope to enjoy for my thirtieth in a week!
