    Made some cabbage soup, and didn't really stick to that very restrictive diet plan, although having a bowl of it at lunch is helping with keeping calories in check, and getting in more servings of vegetables. And the weight is following nicely.

    Mini goal for this week - to get down to 235.3 - which would bring my total mfp loss to 26.1 pounds or 10% of my starting weight in January.

    Started 30DS today. I think this is going to produce some good results for me. I liked the workout, but I won't do it in the early morning anymore because I need to eat first. My sugar dropped, and I blacked out on the bed after my shower. Not a good way to start a Monday. ... Sheesh!
