I just shouted at you needlesly. I didn't know that you added the 8th of april onto the first week. I'm sorry for the confusion. Please accept my apology. I did still run 5 miles today apr 15though. So I'm not sure how that will go on the spread sheet but I assume it will be for the second week.I'm not sure though. This months dates on the spreadsheet are a little confusing for me.0

Run 3.6 miles tonight and actually had really good time (for me). I guess taking off since Wednesday really helped my time.

First week is weird because it is a 8 day week:
First week: Apr 1 - April 8
the rest of the week follows and the spread sheet denotes the last day of the week, a Sunday, so:
Second week : Apr 9-Apr 15 (Monday-Sunday)
Third week: Apr 16-April 22 (Monday-Sunday)
Fourth week; Apr 23-Apri 29 (Monday-Sunday)
Fifth and last week April 30 (Just one day, a Monday so another weird "week").0 -
