I can picture the cover of Super Busy Hospital being drawn in a very anime style with kawaii pink-haired nurses rushing around, trying to balance trays full of syringes, while penguins (Prinnies) chase patients up and down the hallways with bandages. Some of the girls inexplicably have angel/devil wings, and illegally short skirts.
