Hi, I'm turning 21 October 21st, and this is the first time I've ever been able to stick with a calorie counter. Since i've been here I decided to find a group for support, and what better then a group for 20's. Hopefully this will help me stay on the wagon.

Good luck! This is the first program I have ever stuck with as well--find some good friends to add & that will help motivate you. If I'm feeling lazy & I see others burned calories doing things it makes me feel guilty enough to exercise too0
