I'm sorry that the 1st post is a gain but I'm up 1 pound this week.
I had 2 cheat days this week instead of my normal 1 so all my own fault.
Next time will be better.

I'm up 3lbs :indifferent: I think last week's loss was a bit of a fluke anyway, 2lbs at this stage is a lot so I was expecting a gain this week. Add to that 2 Chinese buffets and a day when I just sacked it off and there you have it, 3lbs.
I probably won't be weighing in on here every Monday from now on as I'm not focussing so much on the scales. I'm well below my original goal weight and close to my final one so I think it best if I focus on exercise and adjusting to not trying to lose weight anymore. I need to get into a maintenance diet really, I don't want to be stuck with 1200 cals forever.
I seem to gain if I go over, even within my BMR (not this week, this week I've overdone it hence 3lbs) but other times I've had say 1500 a couple of days and gained on it. I think I need to up the calories a bit, suck it up when I gain and hope that I settle into a more sustainable daily amount after a while.0 -

On a lighter note from my last post (pardon the pun) 2 of my 3lbs have already gone0 -
Even though I'm like, EXREMLY late, my weight was 1640

I know I ususally only weigh on a monday but since I'm going
on holiday (won't be posting a weigh in next week) tomorrow
I wanted to check if I had at least lost my 1 pound that I gained
last week and I've dropped 3lbs SO since last monday, I've
lost 2lbs.
Sorry if messing the group up by having a sneaky wed weigh
in but had to have a look.
