how to add ~~~good or bad fat.

please advice. i try n eat some nuts everyday coz they r good n i love them but just a few pistachios wud knock me out to take any more fat.although i know its good fat so do i take it off my charts?????? please help. so confusedddddd.

    You could try cooking with coconut oil rather than other oils. Meant to be a better metabolizer and 10% lower in calories than other fats. Also doesn't change its chemical make-up on being heated like other healthy fats (olive oil, flaxseed oil) for e.g.
    You could also try eating things like avocados & adding nuts & seeds to your salads. Don't worry about it too much, am sure you're getting enough!
