switch kicks: 120 total= ((60 per leg))
power jacks: 60
power knees: 100

globe jumps: 10
suicide jumps: 14
pushup jacks: 22
low plank obliques: 300 -
OH MY HEAVENS!
I just took the fit test over my lunch hour break after my Jillian Micheals 30D shred workout.and I realized that I'm in the worst shape ever!
Could only do three of those darn pushup Jacks and Globe jumps
The only good news is that It can only get better hahahaha!
I will post the records for all excerises tonight!

ok, the switch kicks....i totally get that! i only just did day 5, pure cardio...which includes switch kicks, for the first time since the initial fit test....they are hard as F*** now more so than compared to day 1. i dont know why, but just know that u r not alone in that! lol. cant wait to see what my #s look like in 2 weeks0 -

I hate the switch kicks because I have really tight hips. Plus I think a lot of people cheat. Each switch kick is a kick with both the left and right leg up to hip level. I can do 120 too if I do half kicks and only kick as high as my knees. Anyways, you're only cheating yourself and it's 70% diet to see great results.0

Hi everyone! I'm so excited about this! Is it OK if i join your group? I have tinkered with INSANITY here and there since I bought it when it came out, but I haven't gone through the FULL program yet. I started yesterday and today is workout #1! I'll post the results from my fit test later when I get home. I am so thankful that there are others who are starting at the same time.

Wow!! I think I'm not as good as you guys!!! Oh and a note... Some of the moves, such as globe jumps, you are supposed to count 4 jumps as one rep... So that's how I will be writing mine down

Pretty happy with these results. . .suicide jacks and push-up jacks are the hardest for me by far and made me feel like I was going to die by the end of the minute. Ha!0
