Hi All. I just joined the group but I have a spreadsheet I used for a different group that I thought we could use here. It has space for your starting weight and end weight and all of the measurements and is already formatted to find the difference. I hope you don't mind me posting it. If you all are interested in having a place to track your info you can do it here. If the group leader likes this idea of a spreadsheet you can make a sticky so it is easy to find.

If you want to enter your info just pick a row without a name in it and enter your info pressing TAB to move across the row. DO NOT ENTER INFO OVER ANYONE'S INFO OR IN THE TITLE OF THE ROWS WHERE THE BOX IS BLUE

I updated my stats in the spreadsheet.
I started the 30 days doing Shred It w/Weights, about half way through I started intermittently adding 6 Week Six-Pack, and then switched to just 6 Week Six-Pack. I rarely take a rest day, though had to this past weekend because 6W6P kills me lol.

I'm most excited about my hips!! Woohoo!! Shrink baby Shrink! :laugh:
My Chest and Waist measurements are up a total of 0.625" from last week, but my core is sore as h*ll, so I'm hoping it's just a little inflamation or something.0
