I don't know what it is about this week. Maybe I just tried to "stay in it" longer than before...... whatever it is, I got my *kitten* handed to me this morning with Plyo Cardio Circuit.

feeling some frustrations this week. i think i gained weight last week. i don't understand how that could have happened as my TDEE is around 2000 and i am only eating 1800 at the most... so it doesn't make sense.
so then why? argh...
anyway i felt really irritated today because the cardio abs dvd keeps breaking toward the end, it won't play the last 2 minutes but i know it's just the up and down plank thing and then a stretch... it just annoyed me the last time and even more today because i really don't like when my dvd's break. i am hoping there are no other bad ones because i have the whole set of month 2 dvd's to get through and i haven't checked those yet. i got my insanity off of ebay and even though it's a legit copy i'm not sure how i'd get them to replace it if it was broken for real.
i also did cardio abs first again and i'm glad i did because i was so exhausted by the end of pure cardio that there is no way i would have done it if i did them in reverse.
before my workout i made the mistake of eating some steamed cauliflower/pea pods and had some horrible bloating and felt like crap like a balloon the entire time i was doing it...
so yeah, not a great day for me... but i have cardio recovery tomorrow so here's hoping that's good. oh, and that one also seems to skip out toward the last 30 seconds... i am going to be so annoyed if i have a lot of dvd's doing that in month 2.0 -

I really am sorry about your DVD skipping I hope that is the only one that does that. THis is why it's stronly encouraged not to buy on Ebay or Amazon because nothing is guaranteed. I made this mistake when I bought my first Beachbody program too and paid the price. If you had bought from BB directly or a coach they would replace any DVD for you that didnt' work right for free.
I am not sure if they can do anything for you since you did buy on ebay but you could try calling customer service and see. The number is 1 (800) 470-7870.
Enjoy your recovery day and try not to get too discouraged. Hopefully you will feel recharged after today and be ready to pick it up again tomorrow!

the nice thing is, i think there are several other cardio abs on different dvds so yeah, hopefully it's the only one! i feel a lot better today, just felt discouraged yesterday!0

Don't feel bad!! I gained weight last week too, I got frustrated but I am not letting it get to me. I actually wanted to throw the scale out of the window. Then I realized...I am getting healthier and I can't let the scale dictate the way I feel. Yes I went up a little but I am getting stronger everyday. Keep looking forward!!
I made the same mistake today with the vegatables. I had steamed broccoli!! I guess we live and learn.
