I'm on the board. 2 miles today!! First run in weeks. I really should have waited a couple of days to recover from this weekend but just couldn't. I did do a short easy run though. It was perfect running weather, warm and sunny with a cool breeze and my new lulu running skirt and tank were a little extra motivation. It was so great to be out, even with the cramping in my foot and leg.
I don't have a ticker but I believe my goal was 25 so that leaves me 23 miles.0 -

got everyone's mileage up to here (: keep up the work.
Resting this week due to a sore hip. Doing a total of 12 miles of a 67 mile relay on Saturday (2 legs), we are an all women team. CANT WAIT!! there will be some killer hills on the course. slightly worried about one particular hill, at the end of my 2nd leg. After that (in May) I am planning on doing my first half!0 -
