Hey!!! Hope everybody is having a great day so far. I'm posting b/c I know Learning2Luvme is not feeling well so let's continue to encourage her as she rests. Also, remember to continue with the crunches and water (I'm new so I'm just going by what I have seen on here before). I do have a question/concern though about the 30DS. Today is day 4 for me, and I'm not as sore as some other people that I've heard talking. My thighs were sore the second day but not much and definately no soreness in my abs. I'm just wondering if anybody else is in the same boat as me or is it a good thing that I'm not sore. Well, I hope everyone has fantastic rest of the day...

I'm keeping up with everything except The Shred (which I've done before) but will do so on the weekend as I've had a lot on at work and and family issues. But I'm still trucking along.
