  • I am looking forward to recovery week! For some reason it seems like this week has been HARDER than week 1 and week 2. I gained reps on my fit test so I know I am getting stronger/better but my body is so tired!!

Awesome! I'm one week behind - but feeling positive. It feels good to have a routine again.....

yes it's exciteing! Just one more for me since I did mine this morning. Of course it's plyo tomorrow I have to make sure I eat good today because I want to see if that helps me with this workout!

I am scared for the max workouts though because that's where I failed last time I did insanity!
  • How do the max workouts compare? I'm more than a little afraid!!!

The first time I did Insanity I watched a Max workout before I did it & it scared the you know what out of me. To my surprise I did all the moves, it wasn't pretty but month 1 does get you ready for month 2. Even though the workouts are a lot harder I enjoy doing them far more than the month 1 workouts. The warm up is even better. Quoting Shaun T from Max Interval Circuit I believe "I'm smilling cuz i love killing people, im a killa, i kill". Can't wait for the Max workouts

what do you think it was that made you not complete them? i worry about this too. mainly i am not seeing any results and it makes me wonder whether working this hard is worth it just to have a weight gain.
  • I hear you MJ, I'm worried too! It's nice to hear that the workouts might get more enjoyable, I'm starting to get a little bored. Tomorrow is my last workout in week 4 and then I move on to recovery week. I have only lost 1 pound from the start of the program and I hope things really start to change next month!

Give month 2 a chance. This is my second round and I did not see a lot of results until month 2. As a matter of fact, the last 2 weeks of month 2. Even after I took a week hiatus from working out when I finished the program and ate WHATEVER I wanted, I was losing more weight. Give it a shot, its addicting.

Glad you posted this! I also felt like week 3 was rough to get through. I was super tired and felt like I was taking more breaks in some days. But I'm glad I pushed through and we are now on to week 4. I just keep envisioning myself poolside in Vegas this summer. :) lol
