help I have many different foods in my cupboard (mostly for my kids) and much of their snack foods contain things I am trying to cut down on.. i believe in moderation for the kids so fruit, veg, chips, jelly, biscuits, the occasional lolly, fruit bars etc.. but when i am hungry and feel like a snack.. I struggle with what i can have that wont destroy all the work I have done so far to lose weight, tone up and re-organise my eating habbits. any suggestions on some good snacks I can have around the house ????

Sugar free Jell-o, any type of berries, Atkins snack or breakfast bars, celery and peanut butter, boiled eggs, cheese sticks, sugar free yogurt, pepperoni chips, etc.
These are all low carb. I used to be on the Atkins diet and ate all of these things as snacks and still lost weight!0
