    I know it's not much of an ask to loose 3.4 lbs in a month, but I know how difficult it is getting to break these last few pounds away? Fingers crossed for tomorrow's weigh in. Can I also say a big thanks to leilaphoenix for doing such a fantastic job, and I am definitely not just sucking up to her because she made me top slimmer for March? Would I do such a thing? :flowerforyou:

    A loss is a loss, but hardly just reward for all the exercise I am doing, but that is paying off as I am shedding inches!
    Neck 15.3, Waist 36.3 and Hips 39.0 really pleased with this! :wink:

    *April 16th I was 181 and Monday started on the Isagenix program.
    It’s tough doing it but it works for me to break through a plateau.
    I will be on this again next week (going off now and starting again Monday)….I only do this one time a year and then back to maintaining with the use of my Diary.

    I can't seem to break through this plateau. It is very frustrating. These are the same pounds that I have been losing and gaining for the past couple of months. Frustrating:explode:
