    Way to go, Jersey! Congrats!

Well, I thought it over & I'm going to keep my goals right where they are. My Summer goal and end goal are the same. 135, just 10 lbs. away! 10 lbs. in 9 weeks is kind of pushing it when I don't have much left to lose. So, I'll just have to push harder. Good luck, everyone!

    Thanks Hun!!

I am looking at my goal and I think I'll keep it the same for now as well. I think it'll be a tough amount to lose, looking at my track record, but I'm going to go for it none the less. My goal weight is ~10 lbs away, but I'm thinking it's likely to drop by another 5 - 10 lbs... so we'll have to reevaluate that when we get there.

You look FAB MommyRobin. I am so glad that you get to wear your dress to your reunion again!

Tomorrow is my weigh in day :)

I'm a little ahead for my goal so far but I'll be on "vacation" (actually a 4 day work conference) next week so that will be a hurdle. So i'm going to keep my goal the same. My end-of-summer goal is 150.

For now my ultimate goal is 139 but I'm too far to really tell right now. I think I probably won't care much about my weight once I get to the 140s. lol. Then I'm just going to keep it up with the exercise :-)

I'm still on for my goal of 135...around 8 pounds to go. That is also my "final" goal, so I can't wait to get there.

I typically weigh in on Fridays, but I'm leaving for mini vacation in the morning so I'm weighing in a day early.
Weekly success: Another .2 loss. I get to see an old college friend I haven't seen in 10 years so I'm super excited about that.
Weekly struggle: I'm going on vacation, where I have a bit of trouble staying on track. Hopefully I won't completely sabotage myself.

157 woohooo! this is another big milestone for me because i was 157 in January 2007 when I got pregnant with my oldest son. I had just lost 35 lbs in 2006. So it's really like i'm at my lowest adulthood weight kwim? and 157 is my may 3rd goal so i just need to get back to 157 after i gain a few lbs of bloat at my conference next week. ;)

I'm not going to lie, I was buoyed by the number on the scale this morning. Here's hoping it will continue to move in the right direction, even if it's slowly. I tried upping my calories to a 1/2lb loss per week. I found that I started eating above my limit and slowly the # on the scale started to creep up. I found mid week numbers reaching close to 160 and even saw a high of 160.4. I've dropped back down to 1 lb loss per week in hopes that, mentally, I can manage better. If I go over (like last night) it's no big deal. For the last 2 weeks, if I went over, my mindset was "what does it matter if I eat even more, I'm already over".

I've also re-evaluated my goal and upped it from 145 to 150. This still won't put me in a healthy BMI, but I'm still looking for a level of comfort, not necessarily a number.

We'll see how this goes over the next little bit and go from there.

    My Weekly Check In:

    Starting Weight: 165 lbs
    Challenge Goal Weight: 155 lbs

    First Week: 164 lbs
    Second Week: 161.8 lbs
    Third Week: 164.6 lbs
    Fourth Week: 163.8 lbs
    Fifth Week: 162.8 lbs
    Sixth Week: 165 lbs
    Seventh Week: 165 lbs
    Eighth Week: 163 lbs
    Ninth Week: 159.8 lbs
    Tenth Week: 160 lbs
    Loss This Week: +0.2 lbs
    Total Challenge Loss: 5.0 lbs

Weight Loss Remaining to Goal: 5 lbs

Didn't think I would be posting a loss after that major drop last week. Happy that I basically stayed the same. Yesterday I was 160 and today I am back down to 159.8 lbs. I need to start eating... but this lack of sleep and energy is really killing me. I am officially in zombie / autopilot mode.

Weekly Success: Not sweating the small weight stuff
    Weekly Struggle: Pretty much everything.
This Weekly Personal Challenge: Sleep, good food choices, eating.
