Day#4 Complete: Cardio Recovery

Todays workout was easy for me.. but o yea, did I feeeeeeel the burn when doin the hold squats and lunges.. Also, you know how he had them hold those poses for awhile b4 pulsing? haha well I came out of those poses a few times cuz damn my legs were burning..
but overall loved it!! :) and I was able to do the table top pose too.

How was it for you?

    Ahhhh, I love recovery! I had to stand up a few times, but better than last week (I'm on week 2)

    it wasn't bad...but yeah, i had to stand up on the holds too....lol. pure cardio tonight scares me :) but i can't wait to see what i burn!

    I'm day 4 too and it was a pleasant breakt to do Cardio Recovery! I ddin't think I was going to sweat much but I think I still did half a bucket today versus the full buckets in the last 3 days! I'm excited about this and I can't wait to do it tomorrow!

    How's the weighing scale treating you though? Are you zig-zagging on the scale? on the first day I want down a pound... and then 4 days into it, i've flipped-flopped a pound or two! I think my food intake's pretty regular!

    Ideas anyone?
