Cardio/Off days

I was wondering what everyone else is doing for their cardio/off days. I currently am not doing anything! :( I know I need to set up a cardio schedule along with the BB, but I absolutely abhor cardio!! But I do believe that combining the two will give me the best results.

    I run/brisk walk for 2 miles. Although, you could start the 30-day shred :) Its like circuit training so it will burn a decent number of calories. I did day 2 of 30DS and its not too bad, definitely a good go-to session!

    I will be running or doing my kettlebells.

    I'm training for a half marathon right now running 5 days a week. I'm using BB to add strength to my legs to aid in speed and to look great in bikini bottoms.

    I do about 30 minutes of elliptical cardio on an interval course. I yield about 3 miles usually. I try to do this about 3 days a week, at a minimum.

    I will be doing Jillian Michaels' Extreme Shed and Shred. I was hoping in getting a DVD that can help me with my arms to add it to that day too, but, for now, until I find that perfect DVD, I will just do ES&S.

    I'm at my gym 3 x week (M,W,F) on the circuit, but i don't do the full 30 min. I have changed my program and eliminated several machines since I'm doing Butt Bible. I'm averaging 45 - 55 lbs of weight there. I load every workout and lift slow. If I can't do it I deload and continue on.

    I'm doing Butt Bible (M,Tu,Th,F) I'm using 2.5lb dumb bells.

    I also use the Hanging leg raise for my Russian twists (M,W,F). Only using body weight.

    I do cardio one day a week (Fri) for 20 min on the Recumbent Bike with 2 peaks not the full 8. I have to adapt it to me due to Fibromalgia.

    I walk around on the weekends either indoors at mall if hot or cold, but mostly outside on grass anywhere 30 mins to an hour or more. depends on what's going on. I also garden - veggies, trees, and flowers. We have a big yard!

    I will start tomorrow the 5x5 training. It will be (M,W,F). I will be using a 15lb bar bell without any weight plates. I will continue to use the circuit until I add the weights on 5x5. I'm going slow on this since it's new to me.

    If you're going to do 5x5 I say find someone to work out with. I believe you should be spotted because this is a heavy program. Mostly guys are doing this, but there are several ladies that have started it. I'm going to have hubby with me because he's starting it on Mon. I'm also adapting this for me. I will not be doing the rapid load as they do, because I'm going heavy, but slow. I'm going to create a progress thread for this.

    For the actual Wed, Sat, Sun cardio/off day I don't really have any off except sat and Sun since Wed I'm in the gym.
