    I moved to Winnipeg about 6 years ago and not married but I am mom of 4 grown sons. I am the heaviest I ever been and angry at myself!! I am starting to take control over my weight and I found out excerise only isn't cutting it. I need to account for the food I put in my mouth. So I joined yesterday.

    Hi Everyone. I am new to the group, new to MPF and new to trying to change my life around. I am married with 2 beautiful babies who are 20 months and 4 months old. i started tracking my food about a month ago when i saw what great success my friend was having with it. So far this is the longest i have stuck to anything, and am hoping i can make is stick for the rest of my life

    I'm a mother of 3 grown boys.One is getting married this summer.I know how you feel.I was under weight all my life.Never did I think weight would be a issue.I want to loose 20 lbs before the wedding in early August.I just joined up so it's a start I guess.I've lost the weight 3 frigging times but can't seem to make that "life style" change.I'm 5'3 so it really shows.All belly fat!!I have thyroid issues as well[great excuse]Meanwhile I went to a movie tonight and shared a medium popcorn and medium pepsi with my husband.The last TIMES I lost it I went on weight watchers and was on my treadmill for 1 hour in the morning and at night.I was hungry and tired.The weight did come off mind you.Maybe this will be the time!
