Just did the fit test. Stuggled of course. How did you make it through Day 2, which is longer?! Did anyone else struggle with day 1 and wonder how they were going to make it through day 2?

You'll be able to rest or go at your own pace on day 2. And after week 1, you will notice your endurance improve...so don't worry about making it through the workouts. As with any intense workout, the more you do it....the better you get at it.0

The fit test is not easy in itself! Just remember you are looking for improvements. You don't have to be perfect. When you are doing the workout just think about what you have to do at that moment and give it your best. You can take breaks when you ahve to and you will eventually see you are going longer than you were at first. you can do this! It is definitely not an easy program you just got to keep going and don't give up!0
