Really prep yourself for month 2. Had the first day today after recovery week. It was pretty tough. An hour and twenty five minutes. Be ready.

It surprised me. I knew it was gonna be a notch up from month one... but still surprised me.
I am alilve though... more sore I have been through this whole experience.
