I live in Nacogdoches and have a lot lbs to lose! If anybody would ever like to meet up just let me know. I'm running the Tyler Rose 5k in October and am super excited! I think I may also run the Helping House 5k in Nacogdoches in September.0

Tyler/Lindale area here. I need to lose a LOT of weight and plan to start tomorrow. I'll be walking, riding, and running, plus counting calories. If anyone wants to hook up for exercise let me know. I often frequent Tyler State Park, Mineola Nature Preserve, and Faulkner Park (the one north of Lindale).
