1 week--no pounds lost

Worked hard this week, A bit disappointed not to have lost anything, but feel great and feel my body shifted during the week. I didn't eat all my exercise calories, but ate an average of 1200 a day so think I am good. Will keep it up and see how next weeks weigh in goes.
I have looked at the discussions in this group and the before after photos and feel motivated. You all are doing amazing!

I know how that feels, but keep pressing play. Also, you may need to eat more calories because you are burning so much during the workouts.
