Fitness dvds.

So it rains a lot in England and sometimes I don't want to go out in the cold and wet to run around like an eejit, so my idea was I could bounce around my living room in my pjs like an idiot instead! However, my only problem is, I have no idea whatsoever which exercise and fitness dvds are any good. Does anyone have any recommendations on ones they use that are suitable?

I've used Jillian Michaels 30DS and Davina 30 minute work outs, both of which I enjoy. I think JM feels more intense as it's a shorter workout where as Davina workouts have longer warm up/cool down and ease you into it.0

Iv got insanity which works a a good alternative when it's too bloody rainy to run. It's pretty cheap on amazon as well £30 for 12 disks or so x0

I second Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. Short but intense - really feel like you are doing some good without taking up too much time.0

I cycle so the rainy whether has put a stop to that these last couple of weeks so I've been on YouTube and found loads of full length areobic fitness videos.
Yesterday I did 45 mins of Tae Bo with Billy Banks, I was really impressed with my stamina until I got literally to the end of the cardio section and feared I was going to vomit on my lounge rug [smile] but recovered about 2 mins into the cool down.0 -
I am OBSESSED with the Nike Training Club app. If you have an iPhone then I would really recommend downloading - it's free so you can't go wrong!! Loads of different workouts of 15, 30 or 45 minutes. I did the 30 day shred a while ago and I much prefer Nike - way more workouts so you don't get bored of watching Jillian, or whoever, doing the same thing day after day.0

I've only done one day of 30 Day Shred so far but I can see how it can be effective - there are a lot of picture posted on the boards of the results people have had.
Of all the DVDs I've attempted over the years, this is the only one that has made me quite this sore, and it's a good feeling!0
