Pics one week into the shred

I take weekends of to rest so yesterday was day 7 on the shred for me i took pictures but feel a bit discouraged because i don't see much of a change me i know it takes time, but i have drastically changed my eating habits cut out alot of the processed foods i used to eat cut out soda i only drink water. I've been eating 1200 + a day healthy greens and wheat products I also cut out all white foods (rice & bread) I eat brown rice now and whole wheat bread. The scale isn't moving either It says I've gained 5 pounds!! Please I'd love to hear your feedback do you see any change ?

    um...are you kidding? I SEE A HUUUUGE CHANGE in your tummy area for SURE!!! and your posture seems stronger, too.

    its hard to do, but with 30DS you sort of have to let go of what the scale says and pay attention to how you are feeling (i bet stronger and your endurance is up) and how your clothes are fitting ( i bet a smidge looser!)

    keep up and don't get discouraged. skip the scale for a week and take your measurements!! i have def gained weight but lost inched before. wacky.

    keep up the great work!!! dont loose that momentum, girl!

    I notice a change around the waist area also. Don't get discouraged its only been 10 days!

    I'm not taking measurements until the end od the challenge. I want to be like :smokin: :bigsmile: .
    I've added cardio into my routine as well. I'm a scale *kitten*. I'm on it everyday and I want to see that number change:laugh: !

    I see VERY noticeable differences in your tummy and your back under your bra line!! Keep up the excellent work!!! Disregard the scale while you are doing JM's workouts - so many of us don't see the drop there but the inches are melting away. I know it's easier said than done - I too am discouraged by my scale. I jumped on the other day thinking I would see a loss and I'm still up 4 lbs. Uggghhhh

    I see a smaller upper arm and a shrinking tummy. Sorry to say it like this (I have it too), but your tummy doesn't hang over as much. PROGRESS!!! :flowerforyou:
