Wednesday and feeling the burn!

Well, you thought the push-up thingy was over with!! Ah nooooooo! We have got to prevent bat-wing! Trust me Bat-girl did not have any flapping going on fighting crime!!!!
You know when you wave and something else flaps with you!!! Embarrassing! So, keep doing the push-ups everybody! But also do some serious tricep exercises today or later this week. Do some bench dips, tricep kickbacks, overhead press, close grip bench press and the side push-up using only one arm. Burn the 2 sections of the triceps muscles. You can train it often.
So add 3 tricep exercises to your routine today. If a newbie start with low reps if advanced...do I really need to tell you what to do?!?! KICK IT UP A NOTCH!!!!!!!
