Week 4 and feeling exhausted

i'm feeling pretty tired today and yesterday felt like i didn't have the amount of energy i normally do for the plyo circuit. i'm glad to today is cardio recovery for me but i still have 2 more real workout days this week. i know i can get through them but i have to say i am definitely not feeling it today. i hope next week is good (recovery week) because i need a change of some kind.

    I did Plyo today. I wasn't really in to it but I did push myself to finish. At least tomorrow is recovery!! Hopefully I can get some of my energy back.

    i wonder why we feel so tired. just too much of a good thing? tired of the workouts? i don't know. but i am glad for a change next week.

    These are some of the hardest workouts you will ever do!!! It's natural to be tired, that's why it's only 60 days. I'd be concerned if you we not tired. Great job everybody, I know how hard this is :wink:

    I did Plyo today, I was done..lol..It felt so good afterwards. I am also ready for the recovery week. I can't imagine what the Max workouts will do to me.

    I'm on week 2 day 3 and it was Plyo. my body was refusing to do it. I might have only made it 15 seconds out of the 30 second intervals. my body is rebelling!

    i am so worried my body will rebel in month 2. my plan is to start these workouts slow and easy and then maybe i can get through the whole thing!
