This last week I am up 0.2 lbs and I got in 152 minutes.0

150 mins exercise. as of today..a big fat zero for weight loss..also a zero for weight gain. April has been a wasted month that showed me I need to get my head out of the sand and recommit to this lifestyle..not try to cheat my way around it.0
