I was trying to think of some challenges that we could put to the group. Just some goals to work for every once in a while that could be fun.

The first one I thought of was to see who could burn the most calories doing something with their kids in a given week. We all list our families as one of our biggest motivators.

It is simple to crank out a ton of calories by ourselves at the gym, but who can burn the most next week doing something with their kids? It will run from now until Monday, May 7th..

Let me know if y'all have any other ideas for good challenges!

Would chasing your daughters boyfriend with a shovel count?
Are calorie counted by the depth of the hole or number of shovel loads?

LOL That would definitely count, but you might want to wait before you share how far you had to chase him and how deep the hole is. No need to leave extra clues.

It sounds like a great challenge, but our three kids are all grown so I'll have to skip this challenge.
