I will in SE Michigan, Chesterfield I just started working from home. I'm trying to figure out how to work from home and yet trying to find a way to get exercise. I have noticed in one week from not driving past fast food chains every day I've dropped 3lbs. would like to lost 10lbs by June!0

While it is not "exercise" proper, look into a TrekDesk for walking while you work. I feel great doing this and typically walk 3 hours a day (on average). It firms and helps you lose weight. Highly recommend.0
