I'm nursing a bad knee, but I have to get back into exercise mode. So, unless the doctor says not to exercise I'm going to go for 1000 minutes and 5 pounds.0

April sucked. Total loss ended up being .4 for a WHOLE MONTH..so May has to get better

One more day to shake this awful crud. I am going for 4 lbs and 500 minutes. I will wait for Lenore to post the finale of April and then I will check in there the ending of the month.
