Hello all!
I am new to this group, and I just want to say hello to my fellow walkers. I learned about WATP in 2007 from my mother who was walking at home and had amazing progress. That summer I used my free time to walk and lost almost 40 lbs. About a year later I got a very sedentary job and gained all of the weight back plus ten pounds.
I'm committing here and now to use WATP again to hep shed some pounds (along with a healthy diet), keep myself motivated to shed the rest of the pounds I need to lose, and commit to a healthy lifestyle.
I wish us all well!

I use low impact aerobics & the number of minutes ..... or there is also information on Leslies website that references 100 calories per mile.0
