Last day of Level 2 tonight then I move on up to Level 3. I'm still not managing all the plyo moves, but it is 100% better than 10 days ago!0

What's a plyo move?
I'm on day 15 I think and still on level 2. Those chair squats and v-raises are BRUTAL! And I think I finally figured out how to do the oblique twist properly because up until yesterday I thought it was kinda a weirdly easy move, but yesteday I almost died, and today my obliques are sore!
Anyone else have issues with coordinating the moves? The pendulum lunges, plank jacks and scaters are nearly the end of me.0 -

We have a crawfish boil to go to tonight so I need to burn lots of calories to prepare! I'm going to do BFBM and quick NMTZ (circuits 1-4)!0

Did Level 2, Day 2 - I cannot do that last ab move. My knee just won't come up very far. Maybe eventually! Even did 20 minute of the elliptical since we are going out to dinner tonight. Yesterday I had a food binge - ate out all 3 meals and did not make good choices. Am not proud of myself but today is a new day...0

Day 2 of Level 2 and I think Jillian is a crazy person who is trying to kill me!! :sad: I might have to go back to bed for the rest of the day! On the other hand I did more today than I did yesterday!!0

I did 6 Week Six-Pack and Shred It with Weights. I must be nuts lol. But I am so motivated by the changes I am seeing (and the increase in endurance, stamina and strength) that I just went ahead with it lol. However, the side planks just about killed me!! They're wicked. I managed the caterpillars, plank jacks and whatever else she threw at me, but the side planks are killer.0

I haven't gotten to level 2 yet, just started 4 days ago so I'm still on level one. I KNOW that I will have a problem with the coordination, I'm so clumsy ! No worries there, you will not be alone!0 -

Plyo are moves that involve explosive movements. In Level 2 they are the skaters, squat thrusts, oblique twist and lank jacks that Natalie/Jillian are doing - Anita is doing the low impact versions. I am definitely gargling my heart at this point :laugh:
I'm OK with pendulum lunges now, although they were a challenge at first, and keeping my balance on the military presses is only just getting there after 10 days! Double jump rope I still can't do as it REALLY hurts my calves so I am still doing singles, but much faster than in Level 1,0 -
