Hi there,
Just started back logging on this site, had my baby 10 days ago and have actually already lost the weight I gained but obviously my body is like jelly and my belly still sticks out. I'm still looking to lose the weight from my previous pregnancy so my mission is to get back in shape and feel good about myself again.

Congrats and welcome to the group! I just had my 4th, a little guy, on the 19th Have you looked into doing belly binding/compression? I have never done it before, but I decided I'd try it this time. It supposedly helps with some of the shrinkage of belly and hip jiggle and helps get the skin back in place.
