    160.0lbs this morning.
    Wonderful loss of 0.4lbs.
I blame Sodium, lack of gym time and spending the last 2 days scrubbing things around the house that I see no point in scrubbing but the Realtor says they need to be super clean (Do people REALLY look at the sidewalks that hard?!). Anyway. This week will be more of the same. Scrubbing things I see no point in scrubbing. Hopefully next week finds me back at the gym on a daily basis. Grocery shopping is this week as well. Yay! Back to eating "Real" foods!

Back up to 260. However, considering the past weekend of eating out and drinking with old college friends, it could have been way worse!

    I'm up again at 151.

Trying to find activities that burn as many cals as running...clearly not successful!

I'll at least walk and be able to hit the eliptical for cardio this week (now that the doc says it's ok!) Number will go down!

196.6, but after a weekend of too much sodium, and not enough water, i'm far from crying! at least i was active. no chance to login on MFP all weekend, but i did hit over 10000 steps everyday on my fitbit and broke the 50 miles walked lifetime marker, in a little over 2 weeks.

Be sure to take your measurements! That's where it's at when it comes to weight lifting! :)
