May Challenge

This challenge is a bit different from the April challenge.

To make it easier there are only two set weigh-in days this time, 1st May and 31st May. You can choose your other weigh-ins (see below).
1st May
Week 1 = 7th - 13th May
Week 2 = 14th - 20th
Week 3 = 21st - 27th
31st May

This time you will be able to add your weight directly onto the spreadsheet. I won’t post the link here because anyone can edit the spreadsheet with link and mfp has a few trolls! Just post your goal weight and I will private message you the link.

PLEASE ONLY EDIT THE ORANGE CELL. Everything else has formulas in and will update automatically.
