Inaugural plank! 1 min 10 secs
Debating if I should take a belly shot or at least measure my belly.... Should we have some sort of starting and ending measure to see our progress?? Thoughts?

Ok, first I searched Youtube to find out how to do a plank (yeah, yeah, I know it's been a LONG time away from gym), but I did my first one:
