    Before and after pics are completely optional. I don't want anyone to be uncomfortable, so it's where your comfort lies. I, as well as the program do suggest taking weekly pics for yourself, whether you post them or not. This allows you to see weekly progress in yourself (as it can be hard to see progress in the mirror sometimes). Also when you purchase the program, you can take before and after pics then once you are done with it and send them to team beachbody, you will get a free tshirt for completing the challenge :)

    I am willing to post before and after pics!! I think its a great way to keep myself motivated and help the other people doing to program to see if it works and what they can look forward to..
