Here's mine for May 1:
1) Taking a new walking route and finding a new park in the neighborhood
2) Finishing my daily challenge in addition to my regular routine
3) Encouraging meeting with my Master's advisor

HI!!!
this is mine for May 2nd since I just got here.
1) I had a KICK A** work out this morning, Pouring sweat, burning over 800 calories. doing all the challenges, including work outs, water and food!!!!
2) I had a "love" note from my teenage daughter on FB this morning telling me how much she loves me and thanking me for always being there for her
3) I have met some great people on this site, and they challenge me to stay motivated, as we all have the same goal.0 -
1. I got a great workout in this morning.
2. I get to get out of the office for work today.
3. I have awesome MFP friends!0 -
I completed 30 minutes on my elliptical today. I lost almost 400 calories from doing that!
I am grateful that I have all my limbs that I can exercise and get in shape!
I am grateful that I am alive and grateful for the family I have!
I am grateful that God has blessed me with good health!0 -
May 2
1. So happy that I rowed on the machine for 20 mins today I usually only row 15. That increased my cardio work out today by 5 mins making my total cardio today 50 mins!
2. Grateful that my husband came with me to work out.
3. Grateful that my Mom has the health care she needs. And especially grateful to her caregivers!!!0 -
1. was able to help a friend in need
2. the sun came out in ireland for what felt like the first time in AGES - I mean, it was actually sunny and warm!
3. got 2 letters from my friends and was very delighted to read them!0 -
Mine for today:
1. Added new exercises to my routine at the gym
2. My husband commented that my upper arms were noticibly firmer
3. I found "Grab the Good," focusing on the positive. Thank you!0 -
May 2nd:
1. Made plans with a friend for our 5 yr olds to make Mothers Day gifts to show our appreciation to all the great women in our lives
2. Awesome MFP's

Got off the sofa and did some wii fit instead of doing nothing.
Did a plank for 15 seconds longer than I thought that I could, even though it is not much, it is a start.
Under my calories, despite a HUGE lunch.0 -
Great group idea! I've had a few negative events recently and am trying to get past them.

Weighed in in the 150s for the first time in almost a year0 -
1. I woke up. Thanks, God!
2. I got to the gym before "Overall Man" and "Miss Cutie Pie" could get the elliptical bike I like best.
3. I have 30 peaceful minutes of bliss before I wake up Things 1, 2, and 3 for school.0 -
I noticed that I have lost three pounds last night, so woke up in a great mood today!
I was able to add 5 seconds onto my plank time today.
I get to enjoy a nice pasta dinner with my husband.0 -
May 3rd
1. enjoyed the afternoon with my son and a dear friend n her son making Mother Day's gifts.. teaching the little ones to appreciate those around us
2. being part of a May challenge that push me to keep moving even on my day off
3. buying tickets to see the Avengers tomorrow at 2:30pm.. date with my little man and a dear friend.0 -
May 3rd
Honestly it wasn't a good day but in the midst of the misery, I did find 3 things.
Had a good meeting with a colleague and came up with a new project at work (and we implemented the first stage this morning and it went well!)
My long time housekeeper/babysitter who loves my kids as if they were her grandkids and takes great care of hubs and me too
My brother calling me right away when I texted that I was upset about something and my sister called back fairly quickly too
May 4th
Went running and it was a better run than Wed
5:30 am radio interview went well
Took a good nap0 -
May 5th
My graditute list for today.
1 My family loves me.
2 Went for a walk even though I was tired.
3 My dog Boo stuck by me when I fell on the above walk.0
