that this is a great group.

I only started on this site a few days ago and this group is by far the best - no matter what people are talking about or wanting to know there is no shaming or making people feel like crap. Even when people don't agree they manage to not act like children about it - something usually found on every forum across the world as people feel they can be very brave using a keyboard.

So, that's about it really - great group, glad I found it. I look forward to getting to know some of you better while losing weight and getting healthy.

    This forum is the reason I log in everyday :)

    I have to go back and log food, but not often do I do it daily...not enough hours in the day!

    I can't stand the bit*hin in the main forums now, so I dont bother going there. I wonder if these people are haters because they are in (bad) relationships?? :laugh:

    But I spend FAR too much time on here too!!. This will change in the next couple of weeks when I have to work more :cry:
