It's day 20 already?! Wow.
Today I have daughters at dance competition from 12:00:7:00. I guess I better get my butt downstairs and have Jillian kick it for me before we eave today. Today is cardio.

I'm up for Jillian riding my *kitten* later - Level 3, Day 5.
I've just done 6 hours outside in the garden sorting out the garage, the greenhouse, the sheds, washing the car, the van and the motorbike so I reckon I have burned plenty already - but I still need her to give my glutes cramp again :laugh:0 -
I'm on level 2: day 5. I had no energy for this - tried coming up with excuses not to but decided to do it and I nearly died.
I am HALF WAY there though! Whoop!0 -

Starting over today :blushing: I totally lost my ambition after I got sick, so today I start at level 1 again :sad:0

Well I managed to get a shred in last night, but the she-devil kicked my *kitten* as usual!
However, I did manage the full on pike abs and the full blown Rocky style ab moves........... wooo-hooo!! The Rock Stars are just too tough for my knees and I am now sporting a minor injury in my foot too, so I have decided to do my beloved oblique twist jumps instead. Still can't manage all the stair climbers Natalie style, but I am improving there too. I am begining to believe I can actually finish this DVD without having a major coronary :laugh:

Worked out extra hard this morning because I have been a slacker for a week also went out with the family yesterday had a great time. Penne with vodka, garlic bread and wine. I didn't eat it all so that was a good thing. Dang, I just remembered the bean soup appetizer, got to log that.
My sister worked out with me this morning which made it better. 30DS, Palates for 30, then softball for about 1hr in the backyard. Batting the ball around is great for your waist. Smart Breakfast. Beautiful day!!
Watched a very good motivation tape this morning I would like to share with you. I placed it in my favorites, whenever I feel like giving up I will watch this again.
