Fit Test & Max Interval Circuit

Just did my 3rd fit test great progress! I feel I need to do every fit test so I can push myself harder. Then I put in Max Interval Circuit and started it and the first thing he says is "this workout is going to kick your butt" ha ha thanks Shaun T. I have done this workout before so I know I can do it but way to intimidate me! ha ha I'll be back when I'm all done and let you all know if I survived!

    Yikes that was hard but I did it! At least next time I won't have to do the fit test first :)

    i admit i did not do the fit test. the workout was an hour long with out it, i think i would have died if i had to do the fit test too. bravo to you for doing it! i actually didn't mind max interval circuit. it wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. i'm not sure how bad the max plyo will be but i guess i get to find out tomorrow! :)

    Happy to be doing these workouts again, I love them. Max Interval Circuit was a blast!!!

    That was a nightmare for me! Struggling with a slight injury but pushed through both workouts and iced up. Actually enjoyed what I could do even if I was panting and wishing it would end at the time!

    Definitely saw some good improvement, so I'm happy there.
    I did the fit test on Sunday and then did the MIC on Monday. Couldn't bear to do both on the same day.

    I just do the 1st test and the last test since I already knew I'm improving. I rather do other work out instead of doing the fit test.
    When I did the test, I kept losing my count because I was so tired so I 'll just do another test when i finished with insanity.

    just did fit test and MIC and i am exhausted!!!! i took a 15 minute break in between the two. i just couldn't bear doing one after the other. tiring!! i am going to buy a new HRM because it wasn't working properly and i am not even sure what i burned. With both exercises it logged me at 515 cal burned. I think that it was more, but i will go with that. Back on the horse tomorrow. Day 2.
