I only lost 5 lbs this month. Still a good loss just not the 10 lbs we were shooting for. Great job to everyone that participated.0 -

I didn't make the 10 pound loss, but i tried. I actually upped my cals and this caused a gain. It was worth it and now the scale is finally starting to move.

I've only finished 2 months of losing weight. I stopped drinking soda, sticking to my calorie limit set by MFP, and staying under the 150g carbs/day that my nutritionist told me to do. And I've been walking alot (jus did my first 5K yesterday). I've heard that when you have a lot of weight to lose, it comes off rather quickly in the beginning, so that's probably why it's 15lbs. It will probably slow down as my body adjusts to the new movement and food I'm giving it. I like 15lbs in a month and would love to keep that momentum up, but realistically, I know that's not likely. Only 6lbs more to lose that will break through what I have left to lose, making it 99lb more til goal instead of over 100.0 -
Started off at 278lbs, ended up 269lbs, so 9lbs. Almost 10, but very happy with 9.
