Hey guys n gals, just finished my 2week in fit test, thought id post and see how the rest of you are doing?! I'm kinda bummed about the switch kicks and the globe jumps, but im over it already, lol. the push up jacks are freaking killer and i barely got to 13.

Some awesome improvements there! I think the difference in the switch kicks might be you're doing them correctly now:)0

I just took the fit test #1, and am so glad you say that about the switch kicks. I felt ridiculous! It was horrible! Did your form improve as you went on?0

My results. Overall I am happy. Not so much about switchkicks...but i'm pretty sure my form was much better and my kicks were higher the second time around

yes, i agree completly, i ve noticed a trend with that category so far, most people are doing less or very close to the same as their start #. switch kicks and belt kick r fing w my lower back. i know my form is right. i have some thing going on, so insanity is on hold untill i can make a trip to the chiropractors office.0 -
