    Stayed the same at 189 - but the inlaws are visiting and we've been eating all kinds of junk so a maintain is a good thing!

    169 finally IN THE 160S!!!!! However, I really really really really need to focus on my body fat percentage. I bought a new scale that has the hand grips and the feet sensors I know its not accurate, but gives me a better overall idea. My body fat percentage is nowhere near what I want it to be....I'm aiming for 21%. I'm at 31%. However, it says my visercal fat is low...so yay for no that much core fat! :)
