    I did mine yesterday as it works better with my current work out schedule. I'm also using the iphone app so I'm not quite sure if this is right.

    Ugh, the only reason I even want to post this is so one day I can look back at it, but here was my first day.

    I did my intial test this morning, so I will be starting day one tonight. My goals are (outlined on the website) 6,6,4,4,5. I will check in later tonight with my results.

    Cannon: Should I try catching up by doing one day of push-ups in the morning and one at night? Let me know! :)
